To add a program to the Windows 10 Quick Launch Bar, follow this procedure step by step:
Click the Search button. Type Run in the search bar and select the option as the following image is showing:
As soon as you will click the Run option, the following dialogue box will open:
Enter shell:sendto in the Open text box and click the OK button. As soon as you click the OK button, the Sendto folder will open like this:
Here right-click in the empty area and navigate through the Shortcut -> New as highlighted in the above image. The following dialogue box will appear:
Now enter the following path in the Browse text box:
%APPDATA%\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch
Then click the Next button as highlighted in the above image. The following dialogue box will appear:
Click the Finish button as above image is highlighted. As soon as you will click the Finish button Quick Launch will appear like this:
Now to add any application in the Quick Launch bar, choose any application. Right-click on the application and navigate through Send to -> Desktop (create shortcut) as follows:
Now as the shortcut is sent to Desktop. Right-click on the Shortcut and navigate through Send to -> Quick Launch as following image is showing:
The Quick Launch will be having the added application shortcut like this:
