What hides behind this name is the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable which can easily be downloaded on the Microsoft website as x86 or x64 edition:

32 bit: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=5555

64 bit: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=14632

Usually the application that misses the dll indicates what version you need – if one does not work, simply install the other.

   i downloaded the top one but it says a newer version has been detected, what shall i do? i tried the bottom link but that doesn’t work cause im on 32 bit computer. Please i really need to be able to use the programme that doesn’t work! =(

    istead of downloading vcredist_x86.exe file which is 4.8 MB
    it’s eavaliable to download the messing MSVCR100.dll file
    just download it
    http://mlfdll.com/en/msvcr100-dll/
    and put it inside
    C:\Windows\System32
