Method#1

Click the Search button. Type Settings in the search bar and choose the Settings option as the following image is showing.

As soon as you click the Settings option, the following screen will appear.

Select the Network & Internet option from the Windows Settings as highlighted in the above image. The following screen will appear.

As you can see, the screen is divided into two parts. Select the Ethernet option from the left side of the screen as highlighted in the above image. As you click the Ethernet option, the following screen will appear.

Now turn the Set as metered connection toggle button on as highlighted in the above image. Then click the Back arrow of the Settings page. Now select the Update & Security option as the following image is showing.

As soon as you click the Update & Security option, the following screen will appear.

Select the Change active hours option as highlighted in the above image. As you click this option, the following dialogue box will appear.

Here you can select the Start time and End time of active hours. Then click the Save button as highlighted in the above image.

Method#2

Click the Search button. Type Run in the search bar and choose the Run option as the following image is showing.

As soon as you click the Run option, the following dialogue box will appear.

Type gpedit.msc in the Open textbox and then click the OK button as highlighted in the above image. The Local Group Policy Editor screen will appear.

Navigate through the following path.

Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Windows Update

As you click the Windows Update option, the right pane of the screen will show the following options.

Double click on the Configure Automatic Updates option as highlighted in the above image. As you double click this option, the following dialogue box will appear.

Click the Enabled radio button and choose the Auto download and notify for install option. Then click the Apply and OK button as highlighted in the above image.

After this close the Local Group Policy Editor.
