When you are restricting a user account for certain time from logging to a computer in Windows 10, you may get the following error:

Time Supplied is Not Exactly on the Hour

Try the following workaround.


Provide time in an increment of one hour ranges, suppose 1,2,3,4 etc. Do not provide minutes.

Following examples are incorrect,

net user <username> /times:F,1:10-2:00

net user <username> /times:F,1:10-2:05

Following examples is correct,

net user <username> /times:F,1:00-2:00
