Click the Search button on the taskbar. Type Settings within the search box and so click the Settings option as the following image is showing.
As soon as you click the Settings option, the subsequent Windows Settings screen will appear.
Click the Ease of Access option as highlighted in the above image. As you click the Ease of Access option, the following screen will appear.
As you can see that the screen is divided into two parts. Click the Audio option from the left side of the screen as highlighted in the above image. Then the following options will display at your screen.
Turn on the Turn on mono audio toggle button as highlighted in the above image.
