Apple provides a wallpaper called ‘Dynamic Desktop’ which modifies based on the time of day. To update Windows 10’s Wallpaper based on the Time, follow this procedure step by step.

Method#1

The first step is to create a folder with the wallpapers you want to set as a desktop background. Then click the Search button on the taskbar. Type Settings in the search box and then click the Settings option as the following image is showing.

As soon as you click the Settings option, the Windows Settings screen will display like this.

Choose the Personalization option from the Windows Settings screen as highlighted in the above image. As you click the Personalization option, the following screen will appear.

As you can see that the screen is divided into two parts. Select the Background option from the left side of the screen as highlighted in the above image. After that, the following options will appear.

Select the Slideshow option from the Background dropdown. Then click the Browse button and choose the folder of wallpapers. After that choose the time under Change picture every drop down. Make sure to turn off the Shuffle toggle button as highlighted in the above image. Now wallpapers will be changed according to time.

Method#2

Click the Search button. Type Task Scheduler in the search box and then select the Task Scheduler option as the following image is showing.

As soon as you click the Task Scheduler option, the following screen will appear.

Click the Action menu. Then click the Create Basic Task option from the sub menu as highlighted in the above image. The following dialogue box will appear.

Type the Name of the task in the textbox and then click the Next button as highlighted in the above image.

Choose the Daily radio button and then click the Next button as highlighted in the above image. Then the following options will appear.

Select the starting date and time. Then type 1 in the Recur every days textbox. Click the Next button as highlighted in the above image. The following options will display.

Click the Start a program radio button, then click the Next button as highlighted in the above image.

Click the Browse button and choose the Wallpaper folder. Then click the Next button as highlighted in the above image.

Check the Open the Properties dialogue for this task when I click Finish checkbox and then click the Finish button as highlighted in the above image. As soon as you click the Finish button, the following dialogue box will appear.

Click the Conditions tab. Then check the Start the task only if the computer is on AC power checkbox as highlighted in the above image. After this, click the Settings tab as the following image is showing.

Check the Run task as soon as possible after a scheduled start is missed checkbox and then click the OK button as highlighted in the above image. After creating the task, go to the Task Scheduler Library as the following image is showing.

Then you can edit the created task as highlighted in the above image.
