Method#1

Click the Search button. Type Run in the search box and choose the Run option as the following image is showing.

As soon as you click the Run option, the following dialogue box will appear.

Type Regedit in the Open textbox and click the OK button as highlighted in the above image. As soon as you click the OK button, the Registry Editor will open as the following image is showing.

Navigate through the following path.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer

C:\Users\User\Desktop\reg1.png

Right click on the Explorer option. Then choose the New -> DWORD (32-bit) Value option as the following image is showing.

A new word will be created. Rename it as NoClose as the following image is showing.

Double click on the newly created word and the following dialogue box will appear.

Type 1 in the Value data textbox and then click the OK button as highlighted in the above image. Restart the computer and changes will be applied.

Click the Search button. Type Run in the search box and choose the Run option as the following image is showing.

Type gpedit.msc in the Open textbox and click the OK button as highlighted in the above image. As soon as you click the OK button, the following screen of Local Group Policy will appear.

Navigate through the following path.

Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Start Menu and Taskbar

As you will navigate through the mentioned path. The right pane of the screen will show some options. Double click on the Remove and prevent access to the Shut Down, Restart, Sleep option as highlighted in the above image. The following dialogue box will appear.

Choose the Enabled radio button. Click Apply and then OK button as highlighted in the above image.
