Click the Search button on the taskbar. Type Settings in the search box and then click the Settings option as the following image is showing.

Select the Accounts option as highlighted in the above image. As you click the Accounts option, the following screen will appear.

As you can see that the screen is divided into two parts. Select the Your info option from the left side of the screen. Then click the Sign in with a local account instead option as highlighted in the above image. After that, the following screen will appear.

Click the Next button as highlighted in the above image. Then the following options will appear.

Type User name, New password, Confirm password and Password hint in the textbox. Then click the Next button as highlighted in the above image. After that, the following dialogue box will appear.

Click the Sign out and finish button as highlighted in the above image. Next time you will sign in with a local account.
