Click the Search button. Type Mail in the search bar and choose the Mail option as the following image is showing.
As soon as you will click the Mail option, the following screen will appear.
Click the Settings button at the left corner of the screen as highlighted in the above image. The following menu will open on the right side of the screen.
Click Manage accounts option as highlighted in the above image. As you will click the Manage accounts option, the following options will appear.
Click Add account option as highlighted in the above image. The following dialogue box will appear.
Click the Advanced setup option from this dialogue box as highlighted in the above image. Now click the Internet email option as the following image is showing.
Now enter your these details like:
- Email address
- User name
- Account name
Scroll down the screen and you will see this.
- Send your message using this name
- Incoming email server
- Account Type (POP3)
- Outgoing (SMTP) email server
Scroll down screen more and following checkboxes will appear.
Now check all the checkboxes and click the Sign-in button as highlighted in the above image. The added account will appear like this.
