To restrict the updated bandwidth for Windows Update on Windows 10, follow this procedure step by step:

Click the Search button. Type Settings in the search bar and choose the option as the following image is showing:

As soon as you will choose the Settings option, the following screen will appear:

Choose the Update & Security option as highlighted in the above image. As soon as you will choose the option, the following screen will appear:

Check the checkbox named Limit how much bandwidth is used for downloading updates in the background. Drag the line to set the percentage of bandwidth as the following image is showing. Similarly, check the checkbox named Limit how much bandwidth is used for uploading updates to other PCs on the Internet. Drag the line to set the percentage of upload bandwidth as the following image is showing.

Click the back arrow on Advanced options screen as follows:

Now choose Activity Monitor option on Delivery Optimization screen as follows:

On this screen you can view Download Statistics & Upload Statistics as follows:
