Connect a USB to your laptop or PC. Click the Search button. Type Disk Management in the Search bar and select Create and format hard disk partitions option as the following image is showing:

Now select the Better Performance radio button under Removal policy. As you will select the Better Performance option, Write-caching policy options will be enabled like this:

Now check the checkbox named Enable write caching on the device under Write-caching policy. Now click OK to apply the changes.
