Check the box named Display pointer trails under Visibility section.

Change the color and size of the pointer

Select the Ease of Access Center option as above image is highlighted. As soon as you will select the Ease of Access Center option, the following screen will appear:
Select the option Make the mouse easier to use as the above image is showing. The following screen will appear as a result of Make the mouse easier to use:
Select the radio button named Large Inverting. Click the button Apply and OK.
