You can change the amount of recently displayed elements in jump lists with a simple option in taskbar properties in previous versions of Windows. To increase the number of jump list items in Windows 10, follow the procedure step by step:

Click the Search button. Type Regedit in the search bar and select the Regedit option as the following image is showing:

As soon as you will select the Regedit option, the following screen will appear:

Navigate through the following path:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced

As you will follow the above mentioned path, the following screen will appear:

Now right click on the right side of the screen and select New -> DWORD (32-bit) Value as follows:

Rename the newly added word as JumpListItems_Maximum like this:
