Click the Search button. Type Run in the search box and choose the Run option as the following image is showing.

Navigate through the following path.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Shell\ActionCenter\Quick Actions

The following screen will appear.

The right pane of the screen will show an option named PinnedQuickActionSlotCount as highlighted in the above image. Double click on the highlighted option and the following dialogue box will appear.
