Method#1

Click the Notification area icon at the right corner of the screen and the following panel will appear in front of you.

If you see the Bluetooth tile as blue, it means it is on. If the tile’s color is grey then you have to click the tile and turn it on.

Method#2

Another solution to the Bluetooth issue can be this. Click the Notification area. Then click the Bluetooth tile to turn it off. After that, again click on it and turn it on.

Click the Search button on the taskbar. Type Device Manager in the search box and then choose the Device Manager option as the following image is showing.

As soon as you click the Device Manage option, the following screen will appear in front of you.

Click the Bluetooth option. It will show all the paired devices. Now right click on any device for which you are having issues and the following menu will appear.

As you right click the device, a menu will open. Click the Update driver option from the appeared menu as highlighted in the above image. Then the following dialogue box will appear.

Now choose an option which suits you best. If you choose Search automatically for updated driver software, the following dialogue box will appear.

If you choose the Search for updated drivers on Windows Update then it will open up the settings and check for updates.

Click on the Bluetooth icon which is on the right corner of the taskbar and the following menu will appear.

Choose the Open Settings option from the appeared menu and the following screen will appear.

Choose the Bluetooth & other devices option from the left side of the screen. You will see the connected device on the right side. Click on the device and then click the Remove device button as highlighted in the above image. After removing the device, restart the computer. Then again open this Settings page. Click the Add Bluetooth or other device option as the following image is showing.

After that, the following dialogue box will appear.

Click the Search button on the taskbar. Type Settings in the search box and then click the Settings option as the following image is showing.

As you click the Settings option, the Windows Settings screen will appear as follows.

Click the Update & Security option as highlighted in the above image. After that, the following screen will appear.

Click the Troubleshoot option from the left side of the screen. Then choose the Bluetooth option from the right side of the screen. It will show a button named Run the troubleshooter, click on it as highlighted in the above image. As you click this button, the troubleshooter will run. Then the following dialogue box will appear.
