Method #1

Click the Search button on the taskbar. Type Run in the search box and then click the Run option as the following image is showing.

As soon as you click the Run option, the following dialogue box will appear.

Type cmd in the Open textbox and then press Ctrl + Shift + Enter key. Then the following screen will appear.

Now type the following command in the Command Prompt editor.

netstat -ab

The list will be displayed with the exe file and port information as the following image is showing.

Method #2

Click the Search button on the taskbar. Type Run in the search box and then click the Run option as the following image is showing.

As soon as you click the Run option, the following dialogue box will appear.

Type cmd in the Open textbox and then press Ctrl + Shift + Enter key. Then the following screen will appear.

Now type the following command in the Command Prompt editor.

netstat -aon

As you type this command, the following screen will appear in front of you.

There will be a column of PID as highlighted in the above image. Now note the PID against some of the addresses. Then click the Search button on the taskbar. Type Task Manager in the search box and then click the Task Manager option as the following image is showing.

As soon as you click the Task Manager option, the following screen will appear.

Click the Details tab as highlighted in the above image. As you click the Details tab, the following screen will appear in front of you.

Now match the PID in the Task Manager and right click on the exe with matched PID and the following menu will appear.

Now click the Open file location option from the appeared menu as highlighted in the above image. It will open the location of the program in which the port listens.
