Click the Search button on the taskbar. Type Control Panel in the search box and then click the Control Panel option as the following image is showing.

As soon as you click the Control Panel option, the following screen will appear.

Click the Program and Features option from the Control Panel screen as highlighted in the above image. After that, the following screen will appear.

Click the Turn Windows features on or off option from the left side of the screen as highlighted in the above image. The following dialogue box will appear as you click the Turn Windows features on or off option.

Navigate through the following path from the left pane of the screen.

Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> Windows Defender Application Guard

As you click the Windows Defender Application Guard option from the left side of the screen. The right side will show some options related to that like this.

You can double click on each option and configure it as per your choice. Then restart the computer to apply the selected changes.
