In order to enable the dark theme in Microsoft Office in Windows 10, you will need to perform the following steps:

Launch any Microsoft Office application such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, etc. by clicking on its shortcut icon or typing it in the search section of your taskbar. In this example, I will launch MS Word as shown in the following image:

In the File menu, click on the Options tab as highlighted in the image shown below:

As soon as you will click on it, the Word Options windows will appear on your screen as shown in the following image:

In the General tab, click on the dropdown list corresponding to the Office Theme field in order to expand it as highlighted in the image shown above.

Now choose a Dark Grey theme from this dropdown list as highlighted in the image shown below:

Finally, click on the OK button in order to save your settings.

As soon as you will click on it, your MS Office theme will be turned Dark Grey as shown in the following image:
