It can be very irritating to touch the Windows key on your keyboard by mistake. Often, by opening the Start Menu or accidentally launching a shortcut, it kicks you out of a full-screen game. Disable the Windows key in Windows 10
To disable the Windows key in Windows 10, follow this procedure step by step.
Open any browser and paste the following link into the address bar.
This link is to install the PowerToys application. Download the latest release and install the setup. This application will be downloaded to your PC. Now a shortcut will appear as the following image is showing.
Click on the icon and the application will open as the following image is showing.
This screen is divided into two parts. Choose the Keyboard Manager option from the left side of the screen and then click the Remap a key button from the right side of the screen as highlighted in the above image. As you click this button, the following screen will appear.
Click the + icon as highlighted in the above image. As you click the + icon, the following options will appear in front of you.
Choose the Key which you want to disable. In this case, it’s a Windows key. Then choose the Undefined option from the Mapped to drop down as highlighted in the above image. Then click the OK button and Windows will show the following alert box.
Click the Continue Anyway button as highlighted in the above image. Now, this Window key will be disabled and if you press it nothing will happen.
If you want to enable it again, click the Delete icon as the following image is showing.
