To disable Windows 10 first Sign-in Animation, follow this procedure step by step.

Method#1

Click the Search button on the taskbar. Type Run in the search box and then click the Run option as the following image is showing.

As soon as you click the Run option, the following dialogue box will appear.

Type Regedit in the Open textbox and then click the OK button as highlighted in the above image. As you click the OK button, the Registry Editor screen will appear as follows.

Navigate through the following path from the left pane of the screen.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

Right click on the Winlogon option and then choose the New -> DWORD (32-bit) Value option as highlighted in the above image. Then rename the newly created word as EnableFirstLogonAnimation as the following image is showing.

Double click on the EnableFirstLogonAnimation option and the following dialogue box will appear.

Type 0 in the Value data textbox and then click the OK button as highlighted in the above image. Close the Registry Editor screen and there is no need to sign out or restart the Windows to make changes.

Method#2

Click the Search button on the taskbar. Type Run in the search box and then click the Run option as the following image is showing.

As soon as you click the Run option, the following dialogue box will appear.

Type gpedit.msc in the Open textbox and then click the OK button as highlighted in the above image. The Local Group Policy Editor screen will appear as follows.

Navigate through the following path from the left side of the screen.

Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System -> Logon

As you click the Logon option from the left side of the screen, the right side of the screen will show a lot of options. Double click on the Show first sign in animation option as highlighted in the above image. Then the following dialogue box will appear.

Choose the Disabled radio button. After that, click the Apply button and then click the OK button as highlighted in the above image. Now close the Local Group Policy editor screen. There is no need to restart the Windows 10 to make the changes.
