Settings Method

Display Settings

Now select the Display option from the left side of the screen and turn on the toggle button named Rotation lock as above image is indicating.

Registry Editor Method

To disable screen auto-rotation in Windows 10 through registry editor method, follow this procedure step by step:

Click the Search button. Type Run in the search bar and select the Run option as the following image is showing:

As you will select the Run option, the following dialogue box will appear:

Regedit.exe

Type Regedit in the Open textbox and click the OK button as the above image is showing. As soon as you click the OK button, the following screen will appear:

Registry Editor

Go through the following path:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\AutoRotation

Disable Auto Rotation

Now double click the Enable option, the following dialogue box will appear:

Change DWORD value

Change the Value data to 0 in order to disable the auto-rotation feature and click the OK button.
