In order to delete the Windows.old folder in Windows 10, you will need to perform the following steps:

Type disk cleanup in the search section of your taskbar and click on the search results to launch the drive selection dialogue box. The newly opened drive selection dialogue box is shown in the following image:

Select the drive and then click on the OK button in order to proceed.
