Method#1

Click the Search button. Type Run in the search bar and choose the Run option as the following image is showing.

As soon as you choose the Run option, the following dialogue box will appear.

Type Regedit in the Open textbox and then click the OK button as highlighted in the above image. As you will click the OK button, the following Registry Editor screen will appear.

Navigate through the following path.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer

As you will go to the mentioned path, then right click on the Explorer option as the following image is showing.

Then click the New -> DWORD (32-bit) Value option as highlighted in the above image. A new word will be created. Rename this new word as NoNewAppAlert. The following image is showing.

Double click the NoNewAppAlert option and the following dialogue box will appear.

Now type 1 in the Value date textbox and then click the OK button as highlighted in the above image. Now close the Registry Editor screen.

As soon as you choose the Run option, the following dialogue box will appear.

Type gpedit.msc in the Open textbox and then click the OK button as highlighted in the above image. As soon as you click the OK button, the following screen will appear.

Navigate through the following path.

Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> File Explorer

The following screen will appear.

The right pane of the screen will show some options against File Explorer option as highlighted in the above image. Double click on the Do not show the new application installed notification option. As you will double click the option, the following dialogue box will appear.

Now select the Enabled radio button. Click Apply and then the OK button as highlighted in the above image. Close the Local Group Policy Editor screen.
