Method#1

Click the Search button on the taskbar. Type Run in the search box and then click the Run option as the following image is showing.

As soon as you click the Run option, the following dialogue box will appear.

Type Regedit in the Open textbox and then click the OK button as highlighted in the above image. As you click the OK button, the Registry Editor screen will appear as follows.

Navigate through the following path from the left side of the screen.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System

Right click on the System option and the following menu will appear.

Choose New -> DWORD (32-bit) Value option as highlighted in the above image. A new word will be created. Rename the newly created word as AllowCrossDeviceClipboard as the following image is showing.

Double click on the newly created word and the following dialogue box will appear.

Set Value data as 0 and then click the OK button as highlighted in the above image. Close the Registry Editor. There is no need to restart the computer, it will apply the changes immediately.

Method#2

Click the Search button on the taskbar. Type Run in the search box and then click the Run option as the following image is showing.

As soon as you click the Run option, the following dialogue box will appear.

Type gpedit.msc in the Open textbox and then click the OK button as highlighted in the above image. The Local Group Policy Editor will appear as follows.

Navigate through the following path from the left side of the screen.

Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System -> OS Policies

As you click the OS Policies from the left pane, the right pane will show the following options.

Double click the Allow Clipboard synchronization across devices option as highlighted in the above image. Then the following dialogue box will appear.

Choose the Disabled radio button. After that click the Apply and then OK button as highlighted in the above image. The changes will apply immediately. Close the Local Group Policy Editor and there is no need to restart the computer.
