Click the Search button. Type Windows Defender in the search box and then select the Windows Defender Security Center option as the following image is showing.

As you click the Windows Defender Security Center, the following screen will appear.

Select the App & browse control option from the left side of the screen as highlighted in the above image. As you choose this option, the following screen will appear.

Scroll down the screen and click the Exploit protection settings as highlighted in the above image. The settings will appear as follows.

Click the Program settings option as highlighted in the above image. The following options will appear.

Click the + icon of the add program to customize. Then you have the choice to Add by program name or Choose exact file path as highlighted in the above image.
