To configure the printer manually a second time, you need to acquire the printer’s port and driver. This information can be found as follows:

Click the Search button. Type Control Panel in the search bar and choose the Control Panel option as the following image is showing:

As soon as you will choose the Control Panel option, the following screen will appear:

Select the Devices and Printers option as highlighted in the above image. As soon as you will click the Devices and Printers option, the following screen will appear:

Identify the printer of which you want to make a copy. Right click on the printer and choose the Printer properties option as follows.

As soon as you will choose the Printer properties option, the following dialogue box will appear:

Choose the Ports tab as highlighted in the above image. Note the highlighted port. It shows you which port to choose when you add the printer. Then click the Advanced tab as the following image is showing.

As you will click the Advanced tab, the following options will appear:

Note down the Driver. This tells you which driver to select while adding the printer. Close the Printer properties by clicking the Cancel button.

On Devices and Printer screen, click the Add a printer option as the following image is showing.

As soon as you will choose the option, the following dialogue box will appear:

Click the option named The printer that I want isn’t listed as highlighted in the above image. After this choose the radio button named Add a local printer or network printer with manual settings. Then click the Next button.

Choose the same port as you have noted down in Printer properties and click the Next button.

Select the same printer as you have noted down in Printer properties and click the Next button.

Choose the radio button named Use the driver that is currently installed (recommended) and click the Next button.

Enter the Printer name and click the Next button as highlighted in the following image.

After clicking the Next button, the following dialogue box will appear:

A copy of the printer has been added successfully. Then click the Finish button.
