Click the Search button on the taskbar. Then type Task Manager in the search box and then click the Task Manager option as the following image is showing.

As soon as you click the Task Manager option, the following screen will appear.

As you can see that the screen is split into two parts. Click the Windows Security option from the left side of the screen as highlighted in the above image. After that, the following screen will appear.

Click the Open Windows Defender Security Center button as highlighted in the above image. Another screen will appear as follows.

Click the Virus & threat protection option as highlighted in the above image. Then the following screen will open.

Here click the Scan now button as highlighted in the above image. The Quick scan will be performed on Windows 10 like this.
