Click the Search button. Type Settings in the search bar and choose the Settings option as the following image is showing.

As soon as you will click the Settings option, the following screen will appear.

Choose the Devices option from the Windows Settings as highlighted in the above image. As soon as you will click the Devices option, the following screen will appear.

As you can see that the screen is divided into two parts. Choose the Printers & scanners option from the left side of the screen as highlighted in the above image. After clicking the Printer & scanners option, the following screen will appear.

Now click on any printer for which you want to see the history as highlighted in the above image. The following options will appear.

Click the Open queue button as highlighted in the above image. Your printer queue will be populated with current and queued printed documents.

To check the history of previously printed documents, you have to make some settings.

Click the Manage button of the printer as follows.

As soon as you will click the Manage button, the following screen will appear.

Select the Printer properties from Manage your device screen as highlighted in the above image. As soon as you open the properties of the printer, the following dialogue box will appear.

Click the Advanced tab from the properties as highlighted in the above image. As you will choose the Advanced tab, the following options will appear.

Now check the checkbox named Keep printed documents. Click Apply and then the OK button as highlighted in the above image.

Now you will be able to view the previously printed documents as well.
