Plug in the USB in your computer or laptop. Then open the File Explorer and click the This PC option as the following image is showing.

After that, you will see the plugged in USB drives, right-click on it as highlighted in the above image. As you right-click on it, a menu will open as the following image is showing.

Click the Format option as highlighted in the above image. As you click the Format option, the following dialogue box will appear.

Click the Start button to format the USB as highlighted in the above image. It will show a warning, click on the OK button. Then again you will see the same dialogue box, click the Close button to close the dialogue box as the following image is showing.

Now click the Search button on the taskbar. Type Control Panel in the search box and then click the Control Panel option as the following image is showing.

As soon as you click the Control Panel option, the following screen will appear.

Click the Recovery option from the Control Panel screen as highlighted in the above image. Then the following screen will appear on your screen.

Click the Create a recovery drive option as highlighted in the above image. Then the following dialogue box will appear.

Check the Backup system files to the recovery drive checkbox and then click the Next button as highlighted in the above image. As you click the Next button, the following dialogue box will appear.

As the processing will complete, it will ask you to select the plugged in USB and click the Next button. Then click on the Create button and again processing will be started and will take some time to complete.
