Open the Notepad. Then paste the following into it.

REM Remove files older than 30 days

forfiles /p "C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\Downloads" /s /m *.* /c "cmd /c Del @path" /d -30

Click the File -> Save menu as the following image is showing.

Type the File name as DownloadCleanup.bat. Then click the Save button as highlighted in the above image. This file will show as the following image is showing.

Click the Search button on the taskbar. Type the Task Scheduler in the search box and then click the Task Scheduler option as the following image is showing.

As soon as you click the Task Scheduler option, the following screen will appear.

Click the Action menu and then choose the Create Basic Task option as highlighted in the above image. It will show the following dialogue box.

Type the Name of the task and type the Description. After that, click the Next button as highlighted in the above image. Then the following dialogue box will appear.

Click the Trigger and then click the Weekly radio button. After that, click the Next button as highlighted in the above image. As you click the Next button, the following dialogue box will appear.

Select the Start date and time. Then click the Next button as highlighted in the above image.

Choose the Start a program radio button and then click the Next button as highlighted in the above image.

Click the Browse button and choose the file you have created at step 1. Then click the Next button as highlighted in the above image. It will show the following dialogue box.

Click the Finish button as highlighted in the above image.
