To add Control Panel in Windows 10 File Explorer, follow this procedure step by step.

Click the Search button. Type Run in the search box and then choose the Run option as the following image is showing.

As soon as you click the Run option, the following dialogue box will appear.

Type Regedit in the Open textbox and then click the OK button as highlighted in the above image. The following Registry Editor screen will appear.

Navigate through the following path from the left pane of the screen.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\MyComputer\NameSpace

Right click on the NameSpace option and select the New -> Key option as the following image is showing.

Now rename the newly created key as {26EE0668-A00A-44D7-9371-BEB064C98683} as the following image is showing.

Open the This PC option and the following options will appear.

Drag the Control Panel option to the Quick Access as the following image is showing.

You can access the Control Panel option from the Quick access. Right click on the Control Panel option and choose Unpin from Quick Access option and control panel option will no more appear in quick access as the following image is showing.
