Click the Search button. Type Regedit in the search bar and select the Regedit option as the following image is showing:

Now follow the following path in Registry Editor:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\DWM

As you will follow the path, the screen will look like this:

Now right click on the right side of the screen and follow New -> DWORD (32-bit) Value as the following image is indicating:

Now rename the added field with AccentColorInactive as follows:

Right click the added field and click the Modify option as follows:

As you will select the Modify option, the following dialogue box will appear:

Enter 666666 in the Value data field and click the OK button. After this click the File menu and select the Exit option like this:

To add the color to active title bars in Windows 10, follow this procedure step by step:

Click the Search button. Type Regedit in the search bar and select the Regedit option as the following image is showing:

As you will select the Regedit option, the following screen will appear:

Now follow the following path in Registry Editor:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\DWM

Now right click on the right side of the screen and follow New -> DWORD (32-bit) Value as the following image is indicating:

Right click the added field and click the Modify option as follows:

Enter 111111 in the Value data field and click the OK button. After this click the File menu and select the Exit option like this:
