As soon as you will do this, a new key will be created inside your NameSpace folder.

Finally, rename your newly created key as {26EE0668-A00A-44D7-9371-BEB064C98683} for the category view of Control Panel or {21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D} for the icon view of the Control Panel in order to add the Control Panel to Windows 10 File Explorer.
