Click the Search button. Type Ease of Access Center in the search bar and select the appeared option as the following image is showing:

As you will select the Ease of Access Center option, the following screen will appear:

Now select the option named Make the mouse easier to use as highlighted in the above image. As soon as you will click the Make the mouse easier to use, the following screen will appear:

Click the option named Set up Mouse Keys option as highlighted in the above image. After clicking the Setup Mouse Keys, the following screen will appear:

Here check the checkbox named Turn on Mouse Keys. Then check the checkbox named Turn on Mouse Keys with ALT + left SHIFT + NUM LOCK. Check another checkbox named Hold down CTRL to speed up and SHIFT to slow down. Then turn on the radio button named Use Mouse Keys when NUM LOCK is.

After checking these two checkboxes and turning on the radio button, click Apply and OK button as highlighted in the above image.

You are done to use the keyboard to control the mouse cursor in Windows 10.
