To hide your personal detail on the Windows 10 sign-in screen, follow this procedure step by step:
Click the Search button. Type the Settings in the search bar and select the Settings option as the following image is showing:
As you will click the Settings option, Windows Settings screen will appear like this:
Now select the Accounts option as highlighted in the above image. As soon as you will click the Accounts option, the following screen will appear:
As you can see that the screen is divided into two parts. Select the Sign-in option from the left side of the screen as highlighted in the above image. As you will select the option, the following screen will appear:
Now turn the toggle button named Show account details (e.g. email address) on sign-in screen off. Your personal detail will be hidden on Windows 10 sign-in screen.
