Navigate through the following path.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows

Now right click on the Windows and choose New -> Key as the following image is showing.

Rename this new key as System1 as follows.

Now right click on the System1 option and choose New -> DWORD (32-bit) Value as the following image is showing.

Rename this newly created word as DisableAcrylicBackgroundOnLogon like this.

Double click on it and the following dialogue box will appear.

Enter the Value data as 1 and click the OK button as highlighted in the above image. Restart your computer to apply the changes.
